We close the gap.
You’re a CxO or industry leader who has identified an AI opportunity that will transform a significant part of your organisation. The vision is clear. The business case is made. But the gap between that vision and a working, production-grade system is wider than your internal team can bridge — and the cost of getting it wrong is high.
A confidential, no-obligation conversation at leadership level. Structured around your specific opportunity.
The AI opportunities we see most at CxO level
Replacing an organisation-wide manual process — pricing, planning, risk assessment, compliance — with AI-driven automation that operates at scale.
Building the data and AI foundation that turns operational data into real-time decision intelligence — across departments, business units, or geographies.
Creating a net-new capability — a product, service, or internal platform — that didn't exist before and can only be built with AI at its core.
Not just the technology, but the team structure, governance model, and operating model needed to sustain AI capability internally after the initial build.
The Transformation Spectrum
We meet you wherever
the opportunity sits.
AI integration at the executive level isn’t one thing. It ranges from a targeted process transformation to a full organisation redesign. We have done all of it — and we know which one you actually need.
stage 1
A specific high-value process is transformed with AI. Measurable, bounded, fast to prove. Ideal as a first production success that builds internal confidence and board credibility.
stage 2
Multiple use cases unified under a shared data and AI infrastructure. The organisation moves from isolated deployments to a scalable AI operating model — with governance, reusability, and cross-functional impact.
stage 3
AI is no longer a project or a platform — it is the operating model. Processes are designed around AI from the start. The organisation has the internal capability, governance, and culture to sustain and evolve it independently.
What We Bring
What internal teams
can’t always provide.
We work at the strategic and technical level simultaneously. You bring the mandate and domain authority — we bring what the internal team typically lacks.
From strategy and data architecture to custom ML models, production deployment, and ongoing MLOps — we don't hand off between phases. One team owns the full stack.
Every client engagement is led by people who have built AI systems in production — not project managers coordinating offshore delivery. Average team tenure at Intellerts is over 10 years.
We have built AI systems in retail, healthcare, finance, logistics, and marketing. The patterns that work — and the ones that fail — transfer across sectors in ways that matter at the design stage.
ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. We design for audit trail, explainability, RBAC, anomaly detection, and compliance from day one — not as an afterthought when the legal team asks.
We've co-founded four AI ventures — which means we know how to build the team structure, hiring profiles, and operating model that sustain AI capability after we leave.

How We Engage
Structured for the pace
of executive decisions.
Our engagement model for CxO-level AI integration is designed to move fast, stay aligned with leadership, and deliver visible proof before full commitment is required.
01
A structured conversation at leadership level — not a sales pitch. We map the opportunity, assess the organisational readiness, identify the critical risks, and establish what success looks like. Strictly confidential.
02
We examine your data landscape, existing infrastructure, team capabilities, and the specific opportunity in detail. We produce an honest assessment — including what AI can and cannot do, and what realistic timelines and investment look like.
03
A working proof of concept on your real data — not a demo. We validate that the AI approach performs against your actual business rules and complexity before full investment is committed. Leadership sees real results early.
End-to-end delivery — data pipelines, AI models, business-facing dashboards, MLOps, monitoring, governance, and training. Integrated with your existing stack. No separate handoff phase — we own it through to go-live and beyond.
05
Expanding to further use cases, building the internal team capability, and establishing the governance and operating model for sustained AI excellence. The goal is your independence — not dependency on us.
AI Maturity Model
Know where you are.
Know where you’re going.
Every organisation starts somewhere different. The maturity model helps us assess your current state and design the right engagement from the right starting point.
Data exists across systems but is siloed, inconsistent, or not yet centralised. Reporting is manual and reactive. Decisions rely on experience rather than data. No data infrastructure exists that could support AI.
Our starting point here is the AI-native data stack — building the foundation before attempting any AI deployment. We don't skip steps.
Data is centralised and reporting is in place (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau). Teams can see what happened, but can't predict or automate. The foundation is there — AI can be layered on top.
This is the most common starting point for our enterprise clients. The data infrastructure exists; the AI capability doesn't yet. We build it on top of what you have.
Some AI or ML capabilities exist — often in isolated teams or as POCs that never reached production. The organisation is ready to scale AI but lacks the delivery capability, governance model, or operating structure to do so.
We assess what exists, build on what works, retire what doesn't, and create the delivery and governance model needed to go from isolated experiments to production scale.
AI is running in production across multiple areas of the business. The challenge is now coordination, governance, cross-functional data sharing, and scaling the operating model to match the ambition.
We work at the architecture and governance layer — ensuring the AI systems across the organisation are coherent, maintainable, and building toward capability rather than technical debt.
AI is the operating model. Processes are designed around AI from the start. The organisation has internal capability, continuous learning pipelines, and the culture to evolve its AI systems independently.
Few organisations are truly here. Those that are often engage us for specific advanced capabilities — agentic AI, large-scale MLOps, or new venture building — rather than foundational delivery.
Set the right expectations
What a CxO engagement
with us looks like — and doesn’t.
What we won’t do
Present a 100-slide transformation strategy with no execution plan attached
Build a governance framework that nobody owns after we leave
Oversell AI capabilities — we give honest assessments of what's feasible on your data and timeline
Lock you into proprietary platforms that create long-term vendor dependency
Disappear after handoff — we build for your ownership, not ours
What we will do
Engage directly with leadership — strategy and delivery in the same conversation
Deliver visible proof before you commit to full investment
Build on your existing infrastructure — Azure, GCP, or hybrid
Design for your internal team to own and operate it independently
Tell you what AI cannot do for you — before you've spent the budget
Executive Voices
What leaders say
after working with us.
The impact is real. Our members rely on accurate pricing forecasts to plan their financials and negotiate with suppliers. Intellerts' solution improved accuracy, reduced manual workload, and gave us a modern platform to build on.

Executive Questions
What CxOs ask
before they engage.
We work alongside internal teams, not around them. Our first step is always to understand who is involved, what authority they have, and how the engagement should be structured to create alignment rather than tension. We have significant experience navigating the politics of large organisations — and we address it directly from the first conversation.
We operate under full NDA from the first conversation. All data shared during scoping and assessment is handled under our ISO 27001-certified security practices. We have worked with organisations across financial services, healthcare, and retail where data confidentiality is a regulatory and competitive requirement.
For a targeted enterprise deployment — one major process — expect 3 to 6 months from first engagement to production. For a broader platform or operating model transformation, 9 to 18 months is more realistic. We always sequence for early wins: the POC phase (weeks 4–10) is designed to deliver board-visible results before the full investment is committed.
You own everything — models, pipelines, code, documentation. One of our explicit goals in every CxO engagement is to build your internal capability, not dependency on us. We provide full documentation, model cards, governance audit trails, and hands-on training. If you want ongoing support, we offer it — but it’s your choice, not a lock-in.
The pattern is always the same: a senior partner sells the engagement, a junior team delivers it, and the output is a strategy document that nobody implements. We are a delivery organisation first. Our senior practitioners are on your problem from day one, not after three months. We measure success by what runs in production — not by documents delivered.
